TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Included in the registration fee are the following:
- Admission to all scientific sessions, exhibits
- Admission to industry lunch and dinner symposiums (limited slots only)
- Convention kits
- Certificate of attandance
The registration fee does not include airfare/transportation, accommodations, nor tours.
2. For those registering as Trainees (Fellows-In-Training & Residents) / Allied Health Professionals / Nurses, you need to submit to the Congress Secretariat verification of your profession from your institution before we can confirm your registration. E-mail the following to firstname.lastname@example.org:
Verification letter from your Department/Section Head stating your position
Copy of your ID from the institution with which you’re affiliated
3. Only upon receipt of full payment will we confirm via e-mail your registration.
4. For participants who will be bringing along companions who are not connected to any medical or medical allied professions, the said companions will be charged USD 250.00 (for international delegates) and PHP 5,000.00 (for local delegates) per person on-site.
5. Regarding cancellations and refund, all cancellations must be made in writing to Secretariat. For cancellations made on or before 15 Aug 2019, 50% of the total registration fee will be refunded within 1 month after the Congress. NO REFUND will be made after 15 Aug 2019.
6. Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse registrations.
